The house dates from around 1625
In the area of about 4000 square meters is a garden with fruit and other trees, were you can enjoy a nice glass of wine in the shadows of the French tranquillité. Behind the house is a beautiful terrace with pool and for the sunbathers of us. There is space enough and plenty of sun.
At the pool there is the outdoor kitchen with cool storage room where you find a washing machine and an extra refrigerator. Also there was an additional outdoor bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.
The house has 3x 2-person bedrooms, with 2 extra beds in 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with toilets. On the mezzanine is a sofa bed. There is also TV with DVD player. The living room is nicely furnished and there is a large dining table provided. The kitchen is fully equipped..

Rates 2010 :
From September 1 to July 1 the rent is 495€ per week.
From July 1 to August 31, 1150€ per week.
The house is rented per week and the change day falls on Saturday.
Sheets and towels are not included in the price.
The final cleaning is 75€.
The house is non-smoking and pets are not welcome.
The deposit is 300€ and will be refunded within 2 weeks after your departure.
