Villa with pool

The villa is full foot. From a great comfortable living room with open kitchen you go directly to the garden with the swimming pool where the sun keeps you company from the morning until the evening. A covered terrace and several trees protect you against the midday sun.

The heated swimming pool measures 8 x 4m, is surrounded by terraces and is sufficiently furnished with garden furniture: long chairs, terrace table and chairs and a barbecue.

The comfortable kitchen is equipped with all the materials, cooking plates, an oven, microwave, coffee machine, a fridge, a dish washer, a freezer and all the necessary cooking pots, pans and cutlery.

There is a T.V. and radio In the living room . There are 3 spacious bedrooms which 2 rooms have a double bed and one room with 2 single beds . A large bathroom with bath, shower and 2 washbasins. The toilet is separate. Further you dispose of a storeroom, equipped with a washing machine

The house can be rented from 2 to 6 persons.

Juin and september: 800€ per week
Mai, october, christmas and newyear : 700€ per week
Rest of the season: 475€ per week
Arrival and departure always on saturdays.
Cleaning: 75€
