Water Mill Le Moulin du Bousquet (max 8 pers)

The watermill is located in the Aveyron Department in South-Central France, a beautiful region, mostly unknown to tourists. The Aveyron is located between the Lot and the Cathars country of the Languedoc. This Department is loved by its beautiful old villages with medieval fortresses, pilgrimage routes, the bridge in Millau and Roquefort cheese. The Aveyron is beautiful in every season. In the river behind the House you can catch crabs. The children can also enjoy the little swimming pool in the park or play at the attic of the barn. A walk along the river behind the House, to a medieval bridge, to one of the surrounding villages, etc. You can go wine tasting in Cahors, or visit one of Les Plus Beaux Villages de France. The Thursday morning you can go to the market in Villefranche, and afterwards a delicious lunch made with products from the region ... Now we are experiencing that this holiday home & the surrounding nature is completely different in all seasons, but never boring, always inviting cosy & above all, quiet.

Prices 2012
July and August: € 770 per week
June and september: € 650 per week
May, October and Christmas/new year: 600 €
Rest of the season: 475 €
The House can be rented per week and change day falls on Saturday
Cleaning: € 75

Linen and towels are not included in the rental price but can be rented at the price of € 17.50 pp per week.

The House is non-smoking and there are no pets allowed. Firewood is separately.
Guarantee is 250 € and is refunded within 2 weeks if everything is in order.
